On
September 11, Inspur held in Shanghai an itinerant exhibition
on "Strategy 3+1" and myGS enterprise application
solutions during which the Lanchao Tongruan, a subsidiary
of Inspur signed an agreement with the Furukawa Electric
of Japan, one of the world's top 500 enterprises, on the
cooperation of informatization and Lanchao Tongruan became
the information technology and service provider of Furukawa's
enterprises in China. The present cooperation between Inspur
and Furukawa includes the export of software, the adoption
of ERP of Lanchao Tongruan by Furukawa's enterprises in
China and outsourcing of the services of Furukawa's enterprises
in China.
The ERP, developed jointly by Inspur and Furukawa Electric,
is a combination of China's channels and foreign experiences.
The achievements jointly made by the two parties can be
used not only in foreign-funded enterprises in China but
also exported after being reformed.
Furukawa Electric (Company Ltd.), which was
established in 1884, is famous in the world for its products
of electric cable, optical fiberand information equipment
having more than 20,000 technicians and production workers
and about 20 joint adventures and sole-invested enterprises
in China. Furukawa Electric takes a share of 40% of the
optical fiber market in China. The itinerant exhibition
in Shanghai is an important event of the 11th anniversary
celebration of Inspur Tongruan, and also a new starting
point of the strategy of internationalization of Inspur
Group. In the implementationof internationalization of Inspur
Group, Inspur Tongruan has taken the lead. The thinking
way of Mr. Sun Pishu, president of the Group, is to enhance
the intimate cooperation with the first-class enterprises,
especially the top 500 enterprises in the world, and through
intimate cooperations, such as joint venture, etc., to improve
the capability of design, development and service of Inspur
itself, and on the other hand, to exploit the market of
China and overseas by utilizing mutually-complementary advantages
in resources. Inspur Group has started the cooperation
with three enterprises of the world's top 500 enterprises,
LG, ERICSSON and EDS, successively, which covers mobile
communication, bluetooth communication, and informatization
management of manufacturing industry, etc. The strategy
cooperation between Inspur and EDS, the tycoon of software
industry in the world, of which the Chinese headquarters
is located in Shanghai, would be an important step of Inspur
towards the strategy of internationalization, and the both
parties has started intimate cooperation in the fields,
such as IT consultation. |
