Recently, under the leadership
of Jinan Municipal Bureau of Information Industry, the first
outsourcing service talent practice base in Shandong
Province was settled in Inspur Worldwide Services Ltd. On
April 2, 2008, leaders of Jinan Municipal Bureau of
Information Industry and principals of Shandong colleges and
universities including Shandong University, China University
of Petroleum, Shandong Jiaotong University, Shandong
University of Fiance, and Shandong University at Weihai,
held the first seminar on service outsourcing talent
training in Inspur Worldwide Services Ltd., making further
planning and deployment for larger-scale training of service
outsourcing talents and realizing graduates employment
through combining universities and colleges with
corporations.
In the seminar, Eric Kong Lee, the president of Inspur

has developed fast in recent years, expanding its software
outsourcing business scale to Japan, Europe and America,
with greatly increasing demand for software test and
development talents. We are in urgent need of graduates with
practical project experiences to join the software

Municipal Bureau of Information Industry is urgent to
cultivate outsourcing talents, with great expectation to the
practical base of Inspur Worldwide Services Ltd. Inspur
