On July 29, Inspur Group and
India UPTEC held investment cooperation signing ceremony in
Jinan, Shandong, planning to jointly invest USD 10 million
to establish a topping IT training institution in China, to
cultivate a batch of international service outsourcing
talents with excellent dedicated spirit, team-work
consciousness, practical software development basic skills,
and skilled foreign language and commercial amenities. Sun
Pishu, board chairman and CEO of Inspur Group, Upendra
Kumar, president of UPTEC attended the signing ceremony.
In accordance with the
agreement, the investment is divided into two phases, among
which the first phase will construct a training base of 5000
people, establishing bases in Jinan and other 10 provinces
to process practical business; the second phase plan to
construct 10 additional training bases in China, expanding
the scale to 10,000 people. This plan aims at nationwide
graduates, who will be cultivated to be practical composite
IT talents needed by domestic software companies through
carrying out feasible IT practical training.
According to Sun Pishu, board
chairman and CEO of Inspur Group, lack of software talents
in China is an crucial factor to restrict the development of
China software industry. Inspur Group always pay attentions
