recently announced its acquisition of Wuxi Wantai, which is
a local past famous Japanese offshore outsourcing supplier
in Wuxi.
According to Inspur Group,
acquisition of an outsourcing company with the complementary
advantages was an important measure of Inspur to develop its
outsourcing business. This acquisition will play a positive
role in enhancing Inspurs strength of Japanese outsourcing
and expanding its outsourcing team. After acquisition of
Wuxi Wantai, Inspur will take Wuxi Software Outsourcing
Industrial Park as its base, to further expand Wuxi offshore
development center.
In addition to acquiring a
local company, Inspur Group has also entered Wuxi Software
Outsourcing Industrial Park and established its own local
outsourcing service base, planning to construct a
outsourcing talent practice base and cultivate software
outsourcing talents.
It is reported that Wuxi Wantai
is a past famous outsourcing team with the most powerful
outsourcing undertaking strength, with a outsourcing history
of 14 years so far, having established long-term outsourcing
partnership with many world famous corporations including
Mitsubishi, NEC, JMC and JTB.
