Introduction
to Inspur¡¯s software projects
Inspur software is the initiator of our country¡¯s e-government
and also one of the most important provider of e-government
platform and solution. As early as 1980s, Inspur has engaged
in the research and development of government informatization,
and now, it has more than ten solutions or products of government
informatization, such as e-government platform, ¡°gold engineering¡±,
¡°digital civil government¡± and ¡°gold tax engineering¡±, etc.
It has won four national and five provincial awards successively
and its ¡°Network management system of national discipline
inspection and supervision¡± was listed in the key scientific
and technological projects to be tackled of the national ¡°863
Plan¡±. Lanchao has been in the leading position in the theoretical
research of e-government. Inspur won two bids of ¡°Network
tax software and its engineering realization under the framework
of one-stop service¡± and ¡°Engineering realization of reliable
Web service technology of government affairs ¡± in its bids
for the ¡°Application and demonstration engineering of China¡¯s
e-government¡± projects of the state key scientific and technological
tackling plan in the ¡°10th Five-year Plan¡±, which was organized
by the State Ministry of Science and Technology in cooperation
with the State Informatization Office, etc. Since 2001, Inspur
has won many bids of the projects with ¡°gold¡± as the first
word in Beijing and regional e-government projects through
which it made great contributes to the construction of ¡°digital
Beijing¡±. Along with the construction of ¡°digital Beijing¡±,
Inspur has implemented much key e-government engineering
successively in Shandong, Zhejiang, Guangzhou, Fujian, Shanxi,
Jiangxi and Anhui, etc. Its clients are all over the country.
As a large-scale key software enterprise of our country, Inspur
provides tobacco monopoly administrations (corporations) the
integration of informatization comprehensive solutions of
tobacco industry. Inspur¡¯s informatization solutions of
tobacco industry were developed by J2EE development team which
is the top development team in China and has the ability of
rapid research and development and can continuously and rapidly
bring products meeting the mainstream technology to provide
advanced technology consultation service to the clients of
the tobacco industry. On the basis of the understanding of
the business procedure of the industry and the application
of advanced IT technologies and products, since 2001, when
Inspur successfully implemented ¡°Dalian tobacco e-commerce
system¡±, Inspur has undertaken in these two years the construction
of tobacco informatization in Jilin, Heilongjiang, Anhui,
Guangxi, Shandong, Nanjing, Shanxi, Gansu and Jiangxi. The
informatization construction of tobacco industry has become
one of the core business of Inspur. According to the evaluation
of CCID, Inspur ranks the first in the market share of the
field of tobacco informatization in China and is the leader
in the construction of informatization of the tobacco industry.
Being one of the earliest manufacturers and providers in China
engaged in the research and development of solutions of communication
informatization systems, Inspur, after years of development
and practice, has provided such series products to the clients
as comprehensive network management systems, business operation
support systems, resource management systems, call center
systems, wide-band network charge management systems, client
relation management system of telecommunications industry,
real-time data collection systems, comprehensive settlement
share systems and on-line instructions systems.
Inspur Software set research and development centers in
Jinan, Qingdao, Dalian and Hangzhou, market operation centers
in Beijing, Shanghai and Jinan and big sales regions of Beijing,
North China, Northeast China, Northwest China, Shandong, East
China, Central China, South China and Southwest China, thus
the stable and completed sales and service network system
